Phase 1: Local Hubs (8 Weeks)
Learn to articulate your vision, refine your value proposition, and build a foundation for scaling your business. Engage with local incubators and receive support tailored to your needs. Focus Areas: Problem Vision, SDG Alignment, Value Proposition, Financial Modeling, Marketing & Sales Strategy. Top 206 ventures move to Phase 2.

Phase 2: Regional Challenge (11 Weeks)
Take your business regional by refining your strategy, securing partnerships, and testing scalability. Receive mentorship and collaborate with peers to create ripple effects of change. Focus Areas: Strategic Development, Market Testing, Investor Engagement, Fundraising, Pitching. Top 5 ventures advancing to Phase 3 will each receive €10,000.

Phase 3: Global Challenge (8 Weeks)
Prepare your venture for global expansion. In-person mentorship and final pitching sessions will take place at our Impact Village in Romania. Focus Areas: Global Scaling, Sustainability & Scalability, Risk Management, SDG Storytelling, Investor Pitching. 3 winners will receive €100,000 each.
